To apply for a Westpac BlueChip20 investment, you need to complete both the Westpac BlueChip20 Investment and the Westpac BlueChip20 Margin Lending application forms, sign and return to BT Margin Lending.

As of 1 July 2019 some terms in our facility agreement have been amended to accommodate the introduction of the Banking Code of Practice and to comply with Unfair Contract Terms legislation.

 

  1. Banking Code of Practice: The Banking Code of Practice (the 'Code') is a set of obligations developed by the banking industry to ensure we meet the community's expectations and deliver great service to our clients. The Code holds us to account. The 2019 version of the Code came into effect on 1 July 2019. The Code applies to individual and small business customers, and their individual guarantors. Where the Code applies, it is a legally-binding agreement between us and our customers. The Banking Code of Practice can be viewed here

  2. Unfair Contract Terms: As part of our focus to continually improve the products and services we provide to our customers, we have reviewed our contracts and updated the existing unfair contract term protections for consumers and small business.

Direct Debit Request Download Change of Bank Account Details form – to change your instructions in respect of bank accounts linked to your Westpac Bluechip 20 Account.

Direct Debit Request Download Lodging Shares Form - use this form to lodge securities into your Westpac BlueChip 20 Account.

Additional Investment Download Additional Investment form - to make additional investments in the Westpac BlueChip20.

Authorised Representative Download Authorised Representative form – to nominate an authorised representative to operate your Westpac BlueChip20 margin loan on your behalf

Contact Details Download Contact Detail Amendments form - to add or amend the contact details for a borrower or guarantor

Investment Termination Download Investment and Loan Termination form - to terminate your Westpac BlueChip20 investment and associated margin loan.

Cash Advance Download Cash Advance form - to withdraw available fund from your BT Margin Loan account for investment purposes only

Partial Redemption Download Partial Redemption form - to sell investments in your Westpac BlueChip20 Holding.

Partial Redemption DownloadCredit Limit Assessment form - Use this form when you would like to apply for a credit limit increase or where BT Margin Lending has requested an updated financial assessment from you.

Regular Gearing Download Regular Gearing and Investment form - to manage changes to your regular direct debit and investment amount for a Westpac BlueChip20 facility only
